My guild's pretty small since it doesn't actively recruit. It's somewhat hard to since we have a somewhat involved screening process to try to weed out smacktards anyway and most of the members have traditionally been more casual players that suffer greatly from alt-itis. Halfling in its own helpfile lists having amazing dex for their attacks. *poke again* coders :P What I think Kiryan meant is that halfling dex is so high and causes that extra attack so often that it's already at the cap for how often it can go off. Not to mention, codewise, tanking ability strongly favors those races with a higher natural agility/dexterity. A rogue's stealth abilities are something no other class can do reliably. There may be other ways to sneak around and a few methods that allow a non-rogue to hide, but no race/class combination besides a rogue gets both of those abilities innately and as reliably.
