The code has nothing to do with chilling in zones to hold pop, etc. It only deals with players who idle out or camp is a few very popular to camp/void zones. The zone has been tweaked a good bit now. The risk VS reward should be much more in line, I agree that before the 2-3 invasions were exponentially harder then 1 so i have scaled it so this is not the case.
