To start with, you can't accomplish that using just an alias alone. Your alias setrogue will have to turn on at least one trigger that will parse the output of the command who ingroup (could do who rogue ingroup but this will pass up anon types that you may at least want to be aware of). So, a good ...

Buffs that 'chip away' such as stone/scales/displace yes I think they should have a longer duration until they naturally dissipate. Something like blur though, nope. It doesn't chip, so increasing duration would be a big upgrade to the spell. Displace with longer duration? hahaha It already loves y...

Illusionists are one of the last classes that need anything spell-wise in game balance terms. Actually, I think they have one of the best balanced and funnest spell lists in the game...which is probably why I play them so much. Long story short, don't fiddle with their spell list. Other classes are ...

I suggested this about a week or so ago on GCC, but not really sure that it sunk in. Going back to what Sarell mentioned, one of the biggest selling points of this mud is that it is based on FR. There is a very big online community for DnD at a place called EN World. EN World has really humble begin...

I must chime in here and say that the new changes to the group command are nice with the exception of ansi updating based on the condition of a character that is out of the room. Remove that please. I have been an advocate of removing grouping restrictions for some time, as those who know me also know. Not that I am an opponent of racewars. As far as I know, all other races, even the snakes, can with more or less effort manage to come to the auction house in either BG or VT. Ok, partial credit for this goes gura wank because he was asking what's available these days in DnD to make wielding a two-handed weapon worthwhile. Evils are dying because we don't zone as often as goodies. However, the above is what is driving the evil race players away in droves. Not completely sure here, Ashiwi, but I think he is more or less saying it's easier for him to be included in groups on evil side than on goodie side which is completely unsurprising because evils are so damn desperate for warm bodies they will nearly take anyone to a zone. In order to save evils you must address the core problem, namely, there is not enough SKILLED players on at any one time to tackle the really challenging zones out there. Not to imply by any stretch that dragons are done or 'balanced', but losing people at the rate you give is exaggerated. I think, the problem with Izan's (and by extension spob) is that it is not a static load. SC yields nice rewards but the rewards it gives are nearly unchanging. Sure this isn't 100% true but the variation of an SC load is miniscule compared to spob or izan's. And that's the problem: you can take the...
