If they do have a feat which uses dex instead of str, I hope it accounts for damage as well. In 3E D&D it's slightly imbalanced in that the dex based warrior has to spend a feat just to hit as well as a strength based warrior... but then he STILL needs to have a good strength score to do reasona...
