Ya as you can see from the start of the second attempt, it dimmed, did its plop and buffeted in a few seconds, I lost 900 hp from those 2 attacks and there wasnt a damn thing we could do about it. I was tanking at 71 hp, nice rescue Kramel :P

Love the fact that dragons were made harder, but right now they are silly. Just did ancient silver for ashield, this is a dragon that before changes could be solo'd. It did 400+ dmg in the first 2 rnds from a buffet and breath. My 81hp gheal takes more than 2 rnds to cast when I make qc.

Dragons and ashield

Since dragons are a bit more uber and breath weapon seems to hurt more perhaps ancestral shield could soak up some of that breath damage?

youre best bet is using an actual text editor, notepad is basically a gui to DOS edit and is straight crap, things like UltraEdit and the other 100 text editors know what to do with ascii codes

id love more battle clerik eq, and agree with what ash says, i dont do that much dmg melee but the utility of the proc is nice. if youre clerik is worrying about hitting before healing, get another clerik.

Spells like magic missile, force missiles etc.. will sometimes end up killing a mob after it has fled. it flees on the first missile strike but you still have the rest. It is just a little bug.

I just want to point out that on the other mud I had the staff make me a -50 sv_para item and i got para'd by prism almost every time. There is something broken with barb shamans. they changed me into a troll and I never got parad again.
