ress lag should be cut by 2/3, and relocate lag should be cut in half!

ress fatigue would be tolerable by all if it was cut in half time wise. impatient leaders can get annoying at times and i like to try to keep everyone happy in any group i'm in.

i only use blacklight for the slow
in a roomful of level 1-4 mobs, the level 4 mobs lived (that were hit by the area of course). so it's not enough damage to kill a level 4 orc slave.
