Need to be adjusted by 2 seperate scales of mesurment.

instead of uber global changes with 1 "formula" use 2 formuals 1 for quests 1 for zone eq

zone eq current formula
quest eq, zone + rare% + fight + whutever else = stats.

blanketing them both together is not balanced.

snake warriors/rogues need more psp
all yaunti need a way of recharging psp faster

if you use ur skills as soon as they go out, you end up not being able to keep up.

either faster or more of it or both, rogues cant even try to befriend reptiles if he wants to keep skin/mind up.
