Hrm, can you take a look at elven masque stats? there has to be a mistake.
This is another item that deserved a massive upgrade not a downgrade.
A one shot rare (red velvet mask) has better stats.

potions and staves get used up. That has an intrinsic cost even though with how cheap some potions are they might as well give warriors the spells sense life and detect invis. That's the point of the Amulet so i dont have to use potions. So someone gets Very lucky in Avernus after a lifetime of mud...

Hang on! isnt there an evil with Hide cloak + Volos + Heal + summoning?. In any zone where a rogue was historically needed, they are still needed despite volos.
I really cant think of anywhere where camo infringes on a rogues domain.

help sunray has it as a target spell as well, hurts the undead you target more than others, you can consider the blinds as secondary effects as well. Actually i think sunray and nightmare are very similar in that respect.

theres actually a little zonelet that lets you practice detect and disarm unendingly but no one ever goes there.

Can you reconsider the recent stats changes to a weapon?. It's dice was uppgraded but made two handed. I thought it gave a nice rp flavor as a druid weapon but as a twohander druids cant hit anything with it(we lack 2h skill}. In its current form i cant think any class that benefits from it.
