Blung!! chill bro, same thing happened to us with almost the exact same timing doing vault. We got all the way to remos, lost a few people, dragged em out, got em looted, and crashed. Same thing happened again, got to remo's, couple got killed, crashed, so we broke..some of us went to tower for xp.....

Ideas for items?
lately theres been a lot of talk about warriors using hp items, casters having to compete for those items, etc.. Was wondering about the possibility of diversifying items. I know Cyric put in a post that there are 8700 something items in the game and he is revising them, thought maybe we could help ...

I think it's a cool idea, but I agree with corth and some of the others when I say that requiring to quest for the materials is a little much. What ever happened to the cure disease spells? cure blind/remove poison are here, why not those? Paladins in D&D have immunity to disease and the ability to ...

For me its not about having to wear HP equipment versus hit/dam..i don't mind, but when it comes to the point where tanks look more like casters than most casters??..come on. That and don't you casters get bent that when you go to do tit ring or amethyst warriors are competing for them too?..or nigh...

1) Wouldn't it be a good idea to break up the skills for mounted combat? Atm, a single skill controls offensives, flankblocks and charges. I agree with this.. and maybe a revamp on charge.. it is only useful to abort a spell IF a stun is landed, (the less than one round stun) and I think most of us...

summon mount!
I dont know if summon totem or spirit or whatever works the same way, but when the mud crashes and i lose my horse..i have to wait 2 hours until i can summon new ones. anyway to reset it on boot/crash?.. when the mud crashes a fwe times in rapid succession i'm screwed because i can't get a horse.

Ok, I know tanks have used HP equipment before.. I just don't remember it being a necessity. I don't have a problem using that equipment..I understand that tanks are there to take hits, not do massive damage. But the way things are now, I think it adds a little more competition to casters to get tho...

Combat System
This was kinda hit on with another post..but it wasn't the topic so I started a new one. Tanks as a whole now are required to wear all the HP eq that has historically been used by casters because of the new combat system imho. Before mobs hit more often but for less, now they hit less but crit A LOT...

Ok..i've died to some pretty stupid stuff, and taken it with a grain of salt. Be it bug, unfinished coding, just the system, etc.. But this is it. okie.. just out of curiosity, how come mobs can scramble/flee in less than a round, and why is it that when cleric mobs summon shadows they dont get attacked, but when we summon and get shadows we get wailed on??

Dying/Trophy?
It seems to me that when I die, the mobs on my trophy spike up. I haven't paid super close attention to it so i'm not positive but i'm about 70% sure it happens. Why is this? It's bad enough that we die and lose exp, but to make the trophy on the stuff we're getting xp from harder??

Earlier today I was in a group, and we got those infamous words "reboot in 5 mins" We all know that that means anything from 30 seconds to 5 hours, or not at all. One of the guys in my group managed to fumble, and immediately afterwards the mud rebooted. This has probably happened to a lot of people...

I wouldn't say its a bad idea, but it is a drastic change to the way things have been done. Todrael has also mentioned there are zones where mobs have a % chance to pop with an item regardless of boot. The question is: Is it better to have to wait for a boot then scramble to beat everyone to a zone ...

I like the idea of one man quests in terms of class specific type stuff. I mean, the class IS designed around grouping, but I think what people want to see is something a little different than the typical (get good group), (kill big mob), (get item from said mob), (rinse repeat), (combine all items ...

I think the universal downgrade of most weapons to +2 +2 has imbalanced a lot of things, mostly to do with zoning. Am I the only one that feels this way?.. I'm not trying to beef up hitters/tanks, it just seems like the vast majority of weapons are 2d6 +2 +2 (mostly enchanted). Compare items like fl...

I'd also like to add to what treladian said, making class specific quests, where ONLY that class may participate is an awesome idea. I agree handing out quest info isn't cool, you could at least give vague hints that could nudge them along without straight up walking someone through. But hoarding information just so you can be the only one with the uber EQ is kinda low. For one because you KNOW you're going to share that info wit...
