reread the post. I was talking about 70 dam+weapon damage. ie 55dam + average dmg 15 weapon or so. To get 15 average weapon damage, you'd need a weapon with damage dice of 1d29, 2d15, 3d9, 5d5, 6d4. 10d2, or 15d1.
