The fact that a human being did it should indicate that it is not beyond human morality. It may be beyond your understanding of morality or beliefs, but human beings are really capable of some truely horrible things. That doesn't make them non-human. It would be a contradiction.

Well, we've determined that the zone is definitely doable. Unfortunately, the mud crashed and we never saw the end. So, "Yes! It is doable. But not for us." From what I understand of the eq, it's really not worth the hassle, but whatever. I'll probably do the zone again. I'm just stupid like that.

Just out of curiosity, what was he afraid of? Selfish seems more appropriate than cowardly.
