I don't think BC dagger is the best item for a pure power player. But it sure is fun. If you are going for damage output on your rogue, you will be circling, which means when your BC dagger procs, a fair bit of the time you will be left only using one dagger for a round or two, not good. Especially...

helpful hint: zones should come into this game near impossible for their level group and be tweaked downward if necessary. not come into the game full of ways to twink it and be made harder a month later.
