Some mistakes are made, but I believe that there are very very few non radicals and terrorists that are detained for long periods of time. i agree, most of these trials (when they happen at all), and the way both administrations have handled them, are very underhanded and shady. i'd rather they give the whole thing a big American-Justice cleaning and airing out, but i doubt it'll ever happen
