Dragons have lived for centuries - why wouldn't they word to prevent the cessation of a very long lifespan.

I don't know if No-ID will be removed with 2.0. But what Shevarash meant is that you will know that a long sword will cause, for instance 1d8 damage and have a 10 percent chance of a critical causing double damage. A greataxe will do 1d12 damage and have a 5 percent chance of a critical causing trip...

This is correct, for the most part. You will still lose the maximum amount of hitpoints upon level loss, however upon regaining level you will recover the same amount of hitpoints. I just recently went to a Wolfmother concert in Minneapolis in a no-smoking venue (the whole city is !smoking) and have really never enjoyed a concert atmosphere that much. Renting out with a pet, and it attacked when it stopped following Laurenthal. The attack triggered the wimpy, nd then he was removed from the game at the tail end of the rent procedure. :)

It's a glitch with the condensed hit reporting. Somewhere in the logs there are a couple of other examples of a player reporting something similar. :)

It's actually pretty simple - I hijacked the relo code for the transfer element of soul walk and that included the chance that the transfer wasn't noticed.

I keep meaning to remove it actually, but it hasn't happened yet. But nothing nefarious is happening there.

If you really want, I can make protection from undead be just as effective on a lich as protection from evil is to an evil character, or protection from fire is for a fire elemental.
