same thing happened to me once. I think if it's not in the papers you where give already you'll get some as to whom to pay the rent to. In my situation there was a lawyer for the bank collecting all the rents and applying them to the load which makes sense. If the land lord isn't making the payments...

I've updated Ragorn with some basic weapons and armor. You can see a list of basic weapons available here. If you're looking for stats on armor, this is the page you want to visit. Ragorn carries a longsword and heavy wooden shield as his melee equipment. You can see how I've laid out the statistic...

I wrote a bard set that takes everything into account, correct delay, and if it should fail just a small delay and re-sing. So the only reason I requested this was because it would simplyfy gameplay in general, not for me. I think the larger picture is for people who can't write scripts etc they ar...

I believe everyone is missing the point of my posts. fumes have a detriment. A very large one, that if max_stat changes go into effect will in practice make fumes NEVER used. I don't play a bard currently, but I can see how the current setup prevents you from the accidental lag as a result of an unfortunate double-tap of the enter key. Bashing also does this and its helpful to prevent lagging yourself by mistake in combat when that lag might kill you (read: flee). If yo...

The max_stat flag isn't changing so much as disapearing, as I understand it. Since there is no maximum ceiling for stats, having something to raise that nonexistant boundary would be pointless. My guess is that max_stat items (whether plus or minus) will just give more significant bonuses to the ch...

When you as bard want to shift a song with another song you type: sing <- to stop the song wait a little sing song <- to sing the next song. if you dont wait you get this message: You are not composed enough to sing. I suggest you remove the wait, and then imidiatly begin to sing the new song, but ...

In mobile creation you have no ability to select a type of attack in the current setup. All attacks are based upon the mob race(i.e. ghosts touch), however with the talk of changes it is easy to infer that this particular issue might be taken care of. No this doesn't give every mob a weapon that ca...

In practice, it requires a good bit of finesse and preparation to effectively counterspell. How will you prevent people from just using triggers to activate counterspells? I think the bc robe needs a little more something, if you compare it to the muspel dragonskin it really isn't that much better. if you look at the restrictions and saves, the dragonskin is better in a lot of instances, the difference in hps really is a minor benefit considering the amount of damage ...
