My kick is somewhere around 83. I've seen a fair amount of critical kicks, much more than a single digit number. They're still rare, but then again kick still doesn't connect more than 60% of the time at my skill level.

Except for blind, all power word x spells rely on the target's hp being below a certain level. Blind was just changed way back on Sojourn 2 I think to make it more useful.

Agree with Thanuk for the most part.

Something to add from the perspective of rangers and dires is that ranged combat needs more features. Some of the stuff in the final draft of the proposal has disappeared off the face of the earth, like proc arrows.
