Engine cooling won't be necessary if anyone plans on going 420 mph. The first decent sized pebble will take care of that problem...

At 300+ mph the wind would rip you off the bike. Not much wind protection there.

At 420 mph any road hazard would mean one good thing... at least at that speed you wouldn't live long enough to feel the pain.
