My friend found the link whilst perusing Lum the Mad's website. My other friend saw it and immediately began searching the net for any indication of what it meant. He quickly found out the song's origins. Apparently it was the closing song of the 'Pokemon' cartoon in Japanese. The title refers to the 151st pokemon. The lyrics that are on this bizarre flash animation are probably just interpretations of what the person thought they were saying.

omg. I was watching this and, just when someone walked into my office, that middle finger started dancing back and forth across the screen. This thing is the definition of bizarre, but then, so is Japanese humor in gneeral.

I really don't think this was produced by a Japanese person. The way they interpret the lyrics of the song and all the other icons makes me believe this.

ROFL, Mplor!!!

I agree with Yayaril. This is way too strange for a Japanese person to do. It's probably some twisted English person (because of the Mr. Bean dancing on the screen). ^_~
