Necromancer spell stuff

Just wondering,

All the necros pet spells and new necro spells are now in the necromancy class, yet we do not have spellcast necromancy as a skill. Could somebody explain why?

I have a couple of other new spellcasts i'll never really use like spellcast illusion, spellcast nature and spellcast spirit, just missing my much needed spellcast necromancy.
