While watching a ranger practice his "fail woodcarving" skill, the obvious "first in a series" of riddles popped into mind. While practicing my stutter, I came up with a few more.
Please post your own!
Q: How many rangers does it take to light a torch?
A: Only one, but it takes three days and a hundred attempts to get the torch juuuust right.
Q: How many drow does it take to light a torch?
A: A torch? We don't need no stinkin' torches!
Q: How many trolls does it take to light a torch?
A: A TORCH! RUN AWAY!
Q: How many squids does it take to light a torch?
A: One. project You WILL light this torch.
Q: How many barbarian warriors does it take to light a torch?
A: ARE U SAYIN' I'M TOO DUMB TO LIGHT A TORCH?!!?
Q: How many illusionists does it take to light a torch?
A: One. Maybe.
...to light a torch?
Ahh, the old days of Soj1:
- You could mem/pray in battle.
- You could tell if you were really hiding by doing a 'who' on yourself
- When stoneskin was first implemented, it didn't wear off from getting hit a lot, just wheneverthe duration expired.
- You could disarm things larger than human size (grumble)
- Buffalos were even more awesome exp
- Ogres could dual wield 2h weapons
(I think)
- When getting ressed, you didn't have to wait around to recover. No, you could get ressed in the middle of the tiamat fight and jump right into battle!
- The only people who played halflings were thosee who didn't want to be taken seriously as a zone-capable character
- Those that played a rogue (thief at the time) didn't get dual wield (correct me if I'm wrong) or any of the other neat new skills they get now, and they LIKED IT :)
