How about a last command to tell you the last time someone logged in.
Like: last hibbideh
Hibbideh last logged in April 10, 2003 at 20:03:02
or whatevah. Maybe make it toggleable in case someone doesnt want people to be able to use the command on them.

There is actually a command coded in original diku I think called 'finger' which does exactly that. I'm fairly sure it's restricted to 51+ though...
