I just wondered if you'll make any changes for a more forgotten realms accurate feeling?
(i.e. remove eastern wd gate, guards aggro evilrace in baldurs gate, fr heroes as quest mobs etc)
...or if there's any plans putting phoney stuff in (i.e. the phoneless telemarketeer, pink elefants, mad cows etc)
/imp
Towns/FR loose setting
Well, on Sojourn Baldur's Gate is designed to be the great mixing pot of all races and classes. Anyone is welcome there, justice is a little looser, and you can generally go and mingle. I don't see that changing any time soon, because that's what BG was designed for.
As for phony stuff, I think it's safe to say, the staff will never stop popping pink elephants at random times :P

Being that I wrote it, I always have to respond to criticisms of BG.
As for the guards allowing evilraces in, I did that for a reason. According to the Forgotten Realms Atlas, all races except Drow and Illithid are welcome in BG, provided that they adhere to the laws within.
I figured it would be sort of lame to allow the other evilraces in, but not those two - so I rounded down (heh) and let them all in.
Seemed a reasonable enough comrpromise, and I don't think it takes anything away from the hometown.
In fact, it gives it a purpose. It's like the New York of FR!
Feel free to disagree.
