Would it be possible to have the mud randomly boot if nobody is doing any big zones after lets say: 40hours or so?

The idea is, it's supposed to boot < 40 hrs... or at least, that's the idea they're advancing.

with < 40 hrs, there is a random factor.

Just saying that anytime after 40 hours there could be a chance of a boot unless someone was doing a high level zone. if it woulb be too hard to code, just make it after 40 hours of boot time it would have a chance that a random boot could happen. every min theres a 1% chance (I dont know how often it would happen) but something like that.
