i noticed that a character can access another character's storage if they know his/her password. can the same thing be used to access association chat? something like tog assoc dartan 12345 while i'm on as Dalar so I can access assoc chat.

Great idea dart. Would make my life a lot easier, thats for sure. With people nowadays having alts for their alts, its impossible to keep track of who is on. With something like this I'd have an easier time making groups.

God, that's so simple, and such an easy fix to the current issue with alts and guilding.

Thumbs up. However, I'd like to have the ability to see who is ON assoc at that point.. Incase someone happens to see their buddy on an assoc channel, and adds it themselves to eavesdrop.

That, or make it so when you add the channel, an officer needs to approve the add, and only they can have a list, etc.

snicker, if all you zmud users used mudmaster this would be SUCH a non issue.

the /call @IP and /chat features to let you set up a direct PC to PC chat that runs scripts and triggers outside of mud lag is awesome. you guys should see some of the sick stuff i can do. i can play a visual game of battleship with people on my mudmaster chat if i get bored. i can use specific spellout/mobcondition trigger triggers that aren't hindered by inane things like bash lag, rescue lag, etc.

not to mention the ability to share file access, upload and download scripts with a single button, or even for everyone to listen to dartan's jpop while grouping.

and it's all open source and free.

I forget what the assoc list looks like off the top of my head, but perhaps the char of the person in the assoc that is logged into the channel at the time could be listed next the the person's regular assoc list...
