Who knows Rags? The point is, we won't get new players if they never hear about us. I've had 4 different people from work vote for us already :)

The players need something to excite them enough to convince their friends to play. Thats how the pbase was built in the first place. Granted, it was a lot easier when the mud didn't have to compete with massive graphical games.

Oh well. Guess this voting nonsense can't really hurt. Vote to your heart's content!

In my opinion, the "stickiness" of players coming from one of these links will be extremely low.

Toril is not like these other places where you can figure out how to get to level 20 barely dying with no help.

If we want this place to grow, the best way is to get friends to play. They will automatically have someone to ask if things don't go right and, honestly, it is way more fun that way.
