hehe wow :)
Think about it tho Hei .. most folks dont plan vacations 6 months out, let alone a for couple days :) The food prep I am sure is appreciated, but .. They'd be happy with hamburgers and hotdogs and potato salad, chips and dip and beer/soda :)
I read this thread cause it makes me happy that folks still make effort to get together, but is it worth the self-stress? :) If it happens, it happens, if it doesn't, it doesnt

While my heart is 100% positive that I want to come, as I've said before, I can't be absolutely sure until after I'm out of this training class, as NOBODY is allowed to tip for PTO until that point.

Bump.. 6 months until the weekend of the gathering, pretty much to date no less. :) I need to know who is at least interested in coming, if you can't fully confirm yet.. Just so i can get an idea of how much crab rangoon to make :P

Okay a few changes.. I am solo hosting the gathering this year. There is no co-host. Also, the gathering will be held at my little apartment. I will need to know who needs places to crash, so I can see what i can do about arrangements.. I will regather all the information, and see about reposting it and getting it sticky'd within the next week or two..

On another note, I've never met people from the mud before and I still don't know many well enough to make the effort to meet in person and if I were able to join the gathering this year; that would easily remedy my meeting the online gamers/mudders in person. It would be something new for me to try and something to consider in the future if the gatherings are held almost every year. :)

Three months warning isn't too much to ask if you guys are gonna invade. :-)
Stockpiling food is a GOOD thing and during the months of BBQ there are all kinds of sales going on. Let her know folks. :-)
