Erlan sucks...

At one point, there was this massive plan to improve/alter the Erlan rewards to be more random, and worthy of questing. Now, Erlan gives you crap. Fumes is crap, Pesti is crap, medallion is crap, chalice is crap, swiftwind is nice but only one race can use, bag is.. well its a bag, so what? Now look at Kern... a third of the effort and a pile of nice items. One of the few !sum items remaining, antipal class defining weapon, 3 great spellbooks, plus booby prize platemail.


Lets give Erlan's some love... seriously. Why give up the best non-tia item in the game (elvenkind) for crap? Let alone the other pile of items that could easily take you a year to accumulate.

It will be fixed in Toril 2.0.

Hmm, no one I know has checked for burning. All I know is that the ID lists it as grey/halfelf/human usable. It specifically is unwieldable by the other good races.
