Currently a favored thing amongst evils is welling/holing in neutral humans to DK so a large amount of elites are spawned. (Of course loads get spawned everytime we go back to DK to ress.)
Those mobs are level 50+ and have great exp, and you can get them to repop as much as you want.
I can't see anything technically against the rules about it, but I don't really feel its "morally" right to do it.
Can we perhaps make it so that "invasion justice" is not spawned for rooms that are NO-FIGHT?
