Rolling new char

I would like to be able to roll
for a new char, while I am playing
on the mud.

when did this change?

the last time i rolled a new char - musta been around 2003 - we were allowed to roll while playing as long as we rented the playing char before entering the game with the new one

i dont see any announcements to the fact that has changed.

Hrm, without checking up on any rules, it has been my understanding that we cannot roll a new char whilst we are logged into the game as another char.
I.e. you have to rent your current char, or disconnect the link to the mud, before you can make a new connection into the new char roller.

I think it falls under the multi rules.
Been like this for ages I think.

y'know you are probably right. i am most likely confusing it with being able to have multiple roller windows going at once. now that i remember distinctly as being legal

ya, I always though it was multi or something.. says it in help multi I think if I remember right.
