New assist code takes clerics out of the melee game

The new assist code effectively prevents clerics from assisting tanks. Mobs preferentially switch to clerics which means that when they are rescued, they get lagged unless they don't assist or target a mob. They basically just stand there or if they assist, they switch (without fail it seems, which is dumb since clerics don't even get the swtich skill) and that lags them too. This means that they cannot use the status bar to trigger spells, which makes the game harder to play.
