they added a forum on homeland "Eratta" which was for typos etc, any thought to adding something like that here? It was pretty helpful in that players could check the board to see if a typo or error was already reported.

Hmm, not a bad idea at all...I think I'll try a variation on it for now and maybe move it to a new forum if needed.
