WWwwwaaaaaayyyyy back when I first started Sojourn, the popular rule with new chars was to let them idle a few minutes upon entering the game and you usually got a few extra hit points out of it. I see this hasn't changed.

no, on hitpoints, per notch above the default is +1 temporary hitpoint unless you're a warrior class. So human warrior with 93 or above con gets 36 hps, whereas a necro with 93 con gets 22 out of 20 hitpoints. Kinda like how vitality buffer wears off. As far as the post, the silly movement was after several mintues into - weird as hell. Wanting to see what the mighty Eilistraee sez :P

It's the same effect as what happens when you go from being in !regen areas to regen areas suddenly. It's like kick-starting the regen... shrug.
