Thanks Corth. Info seemed fishy. (Tho I dont agree with treating Bosnia and Kosovo or bombing Iraq as real wars)

Yeah, I wouldn't classify that as a war either. The author used all military involvements. By that standard, Grenada under Ronald Reagan wouldn't be considered a war either, for instance.
