I'm so tired of this
No... really... I am exceptionally tired today. But the details of why I am tired is boring. Instead, I think you should use your moral, religious, or political point of view to tell me why I am tired. This may include blaming others (politicians, homeless people, Pril, etc.) or blaming me (personal responsibility, laziness, overactive libido,etc.). You make the call.

And now, a picture of a dog whose face is sliding off.

Re: I'm so tired of this
You are tired because the recent film Public Enemies does not contain any tracks in it's soundtrack by Public Enemy.

Re: I'm so tired of this
Try sleeping, that sometimes helps.
Re: I'm so tired of this
Wow. I would think that Public Enemies would have songs from several groups named Public Enemy. But to be fair, Star Wars (pick one) did not have any songs from any groups named Star Wars. No wonder nobody like those movies.
I slept more than I should have and am still sleepy today. Accordingly, I must assume that I am tired because I purchased the Simpsons Season 11 DVD. They should really stop releasing those. Also, aliens...
There is a show on called ancient aliens. I don't know why I watch shows like this, but I do... It got me thinking about belief in aliens (existence, not on a personal level). I was curious as to who believes in alien existence and who believes they have visited earth. If you want to add why, that would be nice too, but don't hurt yourself.
For what it's worth, I believe in other life (opposite life if you're into the California beauty scene) in the universe, but am extremely doubtful that it has been here. I believe in existence because of probability. I do not believe it's been here due to a lack of imagination. While I accept that other types of life forms probably exist, I imagine that the items that I think are necessary for life to exist only give rise to a limited type of life form. I have trouble imagining the type of life form that could survive the extremely harsh realities of space travel on a planet with life to a planet with life level.
Also, I find a lack of compelling evidence on Earth that we have been visited. Some interesting stories and coincidences do exist, but I've found nothing beyond that. However, I would love to be proved wrong.

Pass the bong dude
Having said all that, the situation has been handled, so this thread is pretty much at an end. -Kossuth
Goddamned slippery mage.

Really? I thought all sorts of non-stoner types talked about aliens. What do you, ehhh, other humans talk about? Initializing data collection sequence...
I'll have to assume you're a government agent attempting to stifle conversation. In fact, firefox crashed when I tried to type in a reply the first time. If I used internet explorer, I'd know the man was on to me.
Now we're in bong territory...

You are tired because our Corporate Overlords have increased the work day to such a degree that none of us can spend any meaningful time outside in the sun. This is causing rampant vitamin D deficiency which can cause lethargy even when you get enough sleep.
Re: I'm so tired of this
You're tired because god hates you because you have unprotected sex with underage malaysian boys on your extended business trips.
Re: I'm so tired of this
This is a little funny because this thread died before the BBS did last time, but that is cool. It may have been lost in Kiryan's 8 billion post blitz.
To Kifle - You have been grossly misinformed. I leave my underage Malaysian boys at home. It would not be home with out them (all ten million - thanks Sally Struthers). As for God's opinion on my activities, he should have brought it up at the last MBHU PTA meeting when the open session was called. That's just like God. All smiles and nice comments to your face and then BAM! you're getting a penance note pinned under your windshield wipers.
To Sarvis - While I tend to agree with the sentiment (although I would add their non-thinking lackey worker supporters), I must admit that I am slightly more pale than the average polar bear. Accordingly, I shun any light source brighter than that given by my refrigerator (which I often use for tanning purposes). As for Vitamin D, the bottle assures me that I am getting more than enough for a daily dose with the body lotion I stir into my coffee each morning.
As for my sleep debt, I am simply attempting to gather enough of it to bundle together and sell off as a AAA rated security. Since we don't learn from our mistakes, I am confident that this is the best plan ever in the history of mankind... evAr. Also, I made four mistakes while typing that sentence. Diversification... taste it.

You're tired because maintaining your convoluted, inconsistent worldviews requires an epic amount of brain power. This is also why the bbs crashes for days/months on end.

You are tired because evil fox news fills the airwaves with Republican propaganda which forces you to expend mental energy maintaining your focus on worshipping Obama and destroying this country with your socialist policies!

Re: I'm so tired of this
You are tired because nothing you do seems to advance your agenda and there appears to be nothing else you could try that would do anything to help.
Suck it up, grab your gear, and carry on. If you're running out of faith, then go beg, borrow, or steal some from somebody else.
