AP adds that "Several federal officials say the man made dozens of calls to Pelosi's homes in California and Washington, as well as to her husband's business office, reciting her home address and saying if she wanted to see it again, she would not support the health care overhaul bill that was recently enacted. One official said the man is believed to have spoken directly with Pelosi at least once."

No, he's a Muslim priest and member of Al Qaeda... so what do they do over there? Stoning? Maybe he should be suicide bombed?

I saw another article on it and read some comments attributed to him. I think he probably crossed the line.
He was talking about it just taking 1 piece of lead and he was willing to donate it and being willing to personally give it to her ect... talking about her if she ever wanted to see her home again ect she'd vote against the bill... I'm pretty sure this was all from the pelosi guy vs the guy in washington, but im not following it real closely.

I love how this is construed as a partisan issue. I mean, shocker...right? You forgot to mention that charges were brought against a man for threatening Eric Cantor (R).

There is no explanation. The guy allegedly made death threats and dozens of harassing phone calls. If you're arguing that these alleged actions do not warrant police intervention then you are even stupider than anyone here thought. If you're arguing that the Democrats are mounting some insipid, partisan campaign to "silence" people that oppose health care reform, then the Cantor example really blows some serious holes in that theory.

the real story here in my opinoin is how they saved up all these "death threats" for after they passed the bill to change the subject.
