black Judge rejected a plea deal for a "white boy" because he says a black kid wouldn't get the same deal.

he's judging based on the race of the kid thats racist.

I call on all democrats to denounce this judge and call for him to step down for being racist.

Bad career move for the judge.

3 months probation for fighting with a uniformed officer - that seems ridiculously lenient for any defendant. The judge should have just declined to accept the plea on that ground alone. Accusing the prosecution of being racist and refusing a plea deal specifically on the basis of the defendant's race... that is not appropriate judicial conduct. Certainly appropriate for a journalist - but judges are not there to make social points - they are there to decide what is just in an individual case.

Teflor's remarks couldn't be more appropriate.

Judge jails a lawyer for not reciting the pledge. Judge appears to be white in this case.

The scariest place in America is standing inside a judge's court. either that or facing a jury of your "peers", you know the folks at Walmart.
