Suggestion: procs

Postby Adriorn Darkcloak » Mon Feb 22, 2016 9:44 pm

Make called proc items be able to recharge in a bag or inventory. The current setup for many items make them 100% useless.

They can be already, but most are intentionally setup to only recharge when worn, to prevent the "big bag of unlimited proc items" effect. Are there particular items that you think are useless because of this that should be reconsidered?

dragon cult robes (grp)
tattered cloak from UM (invis)
vortex cloak

Probably more, these just were the first I thought of...

a greater holy symbol hung on a silver chain (seems to lose charge if you remove it)

Also the mask of the water lion. Very few in game, a pita to upgrade and useless since it doesn't charge in bag. In principle I agree on some items, vortex cloak would be extremely powerful. It can be solo'd every boot so would need to have quite a few restrictions set on it or a VERY long reset time.

How about making them not lose their charge when removed? That way you still have to wear them, but they won't lose their charges just because you are changing eq.
