I was wondering if the spell blindness also effects the defense skills since it lowers AC. It would probably be a good idea to imp this if it already isn't for the simple fact that a blind person/thing can't dodge/pary/sblock/etc... as well when blind as it does when it can see the battlefield. Would also help melee considerably.
thats why we have a skill called "blindfighting".

Maybe you should consider lowering the blindfighting cap on multiclassed mobs shev? Like pure warrior mobs having a 90 or 99 or whatever blindfighting skill is one thing, but a warrior/mage or warrior/cleric mob with max blindfighting is a real pain in the ass.

Yeah, maybe thats why I never noticed. I would've scanned back through the news to check for something like what Shev posted but I never noticed a drop in mob skills while blinded since the defense skill overhall.
Thanuk makes a good point though (omg). Since its linked to blindfighting, and virtually everything is warrior multiclassed, the mobs aren't getting noticably penalized.
