being a 45 chanter i'd think my stones are good for more than 4-5 rounds against mobs that are 13 levels lower..

Stone lasts a set number of hits (variable with skill and some chance and a couple other factors). Yours lasted 9 hits, which is about right. I believe my stone only lasts about 11-13 hits or so, so 9 at 45th level is accurate. I remember being in the 20s and only getting 2-3 hit stones..heh

So no, not a bug.
